Our school protection agents will be responsible for the physical protection of the students and faculty, as well as active shooter response, liaise with local law enforcement, and access control.
We will do a consultation of your facility layout, daily schedule, pick up and drop off procedure, access procedures, current in place plans for emergencies, and over all vulnerability. From there, we will create a plan for our school protection agent so they can effortlessly fit in to each iteration of the day in the most natural and effective way possible. This will include not only response protocol for our agent in an event, but plans for weak points, situation reporting, and even if you want uniformed or low-profile dress will be included in the plan. If needed, we can also underwrite all existing security related policies and modify them if necessary to better protect as well as fit your school layout, faculty and students.
Our agents are among the highest trained in the state. With certifications in fields including firearm proficiency, unarmed combatives, CPR/AED/First Aid, Trauma medical treatment, de-escalation, defensive tactics, active shooter response, and discretion, we set the highest standards for our agents. Along with this training, we seek the most current and relevant information to help us be better at our job. The world we live in is ever evolving, and we will never become complacent.
We also underwrite each agent every month to ensure that they are up to date on any state licensing and training requirements as well as continued education training that we require.
